Blue Sky Lodge is a 3 storey, ultra modern Dinner Plain house located on Tea Bag Lane and is about 200 metres walk from the Dinner Plain Pub. There is space for 3 cars and it is one of only a few houses in this quiet court. This property has quality features and modern heating throughout.

The entry is on the first floor and has a large drying room and ski racks and leads to a queen bedroom with wardrobe, and ensuite with shower and toilet. Along the hallway is the second bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and wardrobe. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a wardrobe and TV. A separate laundry (washing machine/dryer/trough) and a bathroom with a shower over a hip bath are also situated on the first floor. There is a cot and highchair permanently in this property.

Upstairs is the kitchen, living and dining areas. There is dining for 10 Guests, 3 window seats, 2 x 3 seater couches, 2 single seater armchairs, large wood combustion fireplace, TV/VCR/CD Stereo, and a bookshelf with books and CD's. The living area accesses a large decking with seating and a BBQ. The gourmet, stainless steel kitchen is ultra modern and features a large stainless steel fridge, microwave, very large oven and gas stove, dishwasher and other superior quality appliances.

Off the living area is a door through to a library in a hall that comprises of several games, books and videos. There is a separate toilet and bathroom with 3/4 person spa and a flight of stairs that leads up to the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe and TV.
