Furano Ski Resort
Ski and Snow Holiday Packages

Located in a National Park in the middle of Hokkaido, Furano is blessed with over 8 metres of light, dry snow each year and a lack of crowds means untracked powder is commonplace. The ski area boasts two mountains which cater to all ability levels and it regularly hosts World Cup and Japan National events. There have been few international visitors up to this point. Furano is missing the nightlife that is seen in other ski resorts with the après ski emphasis on the scenic onsens, arts & crafts, wineries, cheese factory and Gotosumio Museum of Art. Furano Tourist Association will have an information centre (with English speaking staff) at the Gondola base.
