Level 2: Kitchen – gas upright stove/hotplates/oven; dishwasher; plenty of cupboards; big fridge/freezer.

Lounge/living – Sound system; video; t.v.; 2 x 4 seater couches; 1 x 2 seater; dining room table; 12 chairs; book shelves; balcony.

Wood fire – not to be used.

Level 3: 4 doubles and mezzanine double; 2 showers/1 toilet; washing machine
