Tongio - Dinner Plain

Tongio is a 2 storey chalet with a loft and has space for at least 3 cars in the driveway. Located on Drybone Lane, it is in easy walking distance of 2 restaurants, the Brandy Creek Cafe and supermarket and the Dinner Plain ski run.

The entry foyer has a ski rack, laundry (washing machine/dryer/trough), a bathroom with shower over a bath with a ceiling fan/light/heating system and a separate toilet.

Through the foyer is the kitchen, living and dining area. This level is a large open plan area with the stairs to level 2 coming down into the middle of the room separating the kitchen/dining from the living area. The living area is divided into 2 areas next to each other with one having a wood combustion fireplace, 2 x 2 seater and a single seater couch and a TVNCR/CD Stereo. A single seater, 2 x 2 seater couches and 2 corner window seats make up the other part of the living area which allows for separate areas for guests to use.

There is dining for 8 guests and there are 2 stools on one side of the long kitchen bench. The kitchen has dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave and large fridge.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks and the flue from the fireplace downstairs passes through this bedroom and therefore brings heat into this room. The bathroom upstairs has a shower.

A spiral staircase leads up to a loft comprising a King trundle bed on one side, and separated by the staircase, on the other side, are 2 single beds.

Tongio is a large chalet with its' living areas designed to allow Guests to find their own space and congregate in small numbers or as one large group
