Thredbo valley distillery cellar door and cafe is open all year round with extended trading hours during the ski season and holiday periods.

Their full range is kept on ice ready for you to take a tasting tour. It’s a great way to choose the right schnapps to buy for yourself or as a present. Cellar door bottles can be purchased on their own or in gift packs.

The cellar door itself is located in the distillery next to the fully imported showpiece still. It’s an opportunity to have a close look at this impressive piece of equipment that is at the heart of Thredbo valley distillery schnapps production.

for those in need of a quick caffeine fix we serve the best coffee of any distillery in the southern hemisphere! when combined with our homemade cakes it’s a great way to start the day... or wind down for the evening.

The Wildbrumby distillery and restaurant is located just off The Alpine Way across from The Crackenback Cottage and Maze. Thredbo valley distillery produces a purely Australian schnapps made from Australian fruits, locally grown on the south west slopes of New South Wales.

fruit is sourced from both the adjacent raspberry farm, and from local producers in the Tumut, Batlow and snowy mountains region. apples, pears, berries and stone fruit are of the highest quality with rich flavours especially suited to making schnapps.
