Altitude 1260 is a warm and friendly, family run winter and summer resort suited to families, groups and couples alike.
Located high above the Alpine Way only 10 minutes from Jindabyne, less than 25 minutes by road to Thredbo or less than 15 minutes to the Ski Tube at Bullocks Flat to Perisher Valley or Mt Blue Cow.
Situated on over 100 hectares of natural Australian bushland, Altitude 1260 offers breath taking panoramic views of Lake Jindabyne through to the mountain peaks of Koscuiszko National Park. Altitude 1260 is frequently high above the clouds over Lake Jindabyne, watching the eagles float on thermals.

Altitude 1260 offers 12 family sized rooms with a total sleeping capacity of 51 people and are happy to formulate packages for group bookings.

Each room has a Queen Size bed with various additional configurations. Queen size bed plus double sofa bed - sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (on sofa) Queen size bed plus 2 single beds - sleep 4 adults. Queen size bed plus bunks plus trundle - sleep 5 adults
Hydronic heating.

Lodge Facilities

A shared lounge with open log fire place plus additional wood heater.
With 2 dining areas and Altitude 1260 offers a family dinner at 6.00pm during winter.
