Some tips on how to get the best deal in the snow:
1. Be flexible on your travel dates – if you're flexible you can save hundreds and it may just mean changing you dates by just a couple of days
2. Stay off-snow rather than on-snow – if you have a car, staying in the towns just outside of the skifields can save you plenty on your accommodation costs.
3. Bring a group – bringing friends and family to the snow is not only great fun, but can save you plenty on accommodation costs per person
4. Book a package – booking and paying for an all inclusive package before you arrive ensures big discounts on the individual components, such as hire, tickets & early bird accommodation.
5. Book early – book early, trust your consultant, and enjoy your ski and snowboard holiday!

Can I pay for my accommodation when I arrive or
check out?
Our booking terms and conditions require that all
bookings are paid for in full 2 months prior to travel. Any incidentals
such as phone calls, mini-bar or extra meals can be paid for upon
check-out.
How can I save money on my snow holiday?
If
you have a few mates then larger share rooms which sleep 3 - 6 people
or self contained apartments often offer the most considerable savings.
Resorts also offer bonus or super saver weeks and accommodations may
also coincide with these dates to offer savings. If you are flexible
with your dates you can also save money during the early and late season
when the resorts are less crowded.
If there isn’t much snow and I want to cancel my
booking, will I get any money back?
Our booking terms and
conditions state that all monies paid within 2 months of travel are
non-refundable. If there is no skiable snow at your chosen resort, you
will be informed prior to your arrival and your options discussed with
you at that time. If the Snow Guarantee is in effect, you will receive a
discount or credit.
Do I need travel
insurance?
We strongly recommend travel insurance as all monies
paid within 2 months are non-refundable. Travel insurance can cover you
for a number of situations you may not consider if travelling to the
snow for the first time such as piste closure and loss of lift tickets.
